As long as the payment information is current in your Client Account and our system is able to bill you for this renewal, the domain will be renewed accordingly. Be sure to leave the "disable auto-renew" box unchecked in your Client Account. You can login to your Client Account to ensure your domain name is setup to "auto-renew". To do this, login by clicking the "login" link at the top of our web page. Or you can click this link: https://billing.hostingland.com/clientarea.php From there click "domains" -> "my domains". Choose your domain name from the list, then select "manage domain" on the right.
The best way to keep track of your payment methods, invoices, support tickets, domain names and active web hosting services is to login to your Client Account. Please click "Login" at the top of our web page and login using the email address that you used when you first established an account with our company. Also, there is a "Request a Password Reset" if you have forgotten your login credentials.
