If you forget your Soholaunch username and password, you can locate it by looking in the database table that stores login information, as follows:
- Log into cPanel
- Click on phpMyAdmin
- Click on Databases
- Click on the database "YOURusername_sope1" where YOURusername is your user name
- Click on Browse beside the table "login"
- You will see the information stored in that table, including the user name and password
