Is my local IP address blocked? I am unable to see my website.

If there are multiple, failed attempts to login with the incorrect password, our system will assume that you are trying to "guess" or hack into the server and block your local IP address. The site does not go down, but you are unable to see it because your local IP address is blocked. This can be caused by attempts to login to cPanel, WordPress, or even multiple failed attempts to login to webmail with the incorrect password.

Go here and tell us what numbers you see: http://www.whatismyip.com

Then, copy the numbers you see and email them to support@greenhostit.com.  We will do our best to add your local IP address to the firewall white list within 24 hours.  Be sure to email us with the same email address that you used when you established your account with our company (for security reasons).
